Evo~ERP

ERP Software Solution for Small and Medium Businesses

Regardless of your company size, there are certain functions necessary to run the business, like Integrated Accounting, Inventory, Warehouse and Manufacturing Control. Evo-ERP Software is priced per seat count, not per module. All modules are always included, so it is a complete solution for any size company.

Powerful ERP/MRP at SMB-Friendly Prices

Your business needs and deserves the power and features of a real ERP/MRP package. Like many manufacturers, distributors and job shops, your business needs much more than a simple accounting system. Evo~ERP Software is a real manufacturing, order processing, and accounting suite at an SMB-friendly price.

Evo-ERP was introduced in 2004 as a derivative of DBA Classic which started as a DOS based product back in 1992. As the DBA Classic customer base grew through the 1990’s, the product continued to develop and in 1997 introduced a hybrid DOS/Windows product that was further refined through 2002 and is still in use today in either its original form or as a conversion to Evo-ERP by thousands of companies. At first Evo, short for Evolution, was just a windows skin and menu system available as a conversion to the DBA Classic package. Since its first release, it has evolved into its own identity as a complete ERP package founded on the core proven business logic of DBA Classic supplemented with new modules and ever expanding functionality.

Integrated Accounting

Unlike generic accounting systems, EVO-ERP is optimized for the needs of manufacturing companies. With proper set up of item classes and the default GL account codes, all posting goes to the correct GL accounts without your users having to make any accounting decisions or to have any accounting knowledge.

Inventory Management

The Inventory module serves as the primary database for storing most product information. All inventory transactions (purchase order receipts, shipments, adjustments, issues to work-in-process, manufacturing receipts) are tracked and available for review.

Manufacturing Control

Work orders are the foundation of the manufacturing system. A work order tells the system that you intend to manufacture a specific quantity of some item at a particular time. When you create the work order, any material or labor needed for that work order is allocated by the system against available inventory and labor resources.

“Because of our new product development which we have received patents on, our new products have BOMs that contain up to 100 items, many of which are custom fabricated parts to our drawings. Nearly every month for us is setting new records. I cannot imagine managing what we are now required to do without EVO! We were just surveyed by a multinational multibillion dollar per year customer with excellent results.”

Dave Miller, CTM Magnetics, Phoenix, AZ

“We have an office in Taipei, and we travel constantly, so moving EVO-ERP to a Hosted server on Amazon Web Service (AWS) managed by the Evo-ERP support team has given us the ability to work globally. Evo-ERP is running faster from locations all over the world on AWS than it used to run as client within the office. This means a great deal to the potential future growth of our organization.”

“I would like to personally thank you for all your help, training and most importantly of all listening to us to have EVO do some amazing things for us. We are very happy with what we have and are very optimistic with the direction this is all headed to.”
